Shandong province is the biggest peanut base in China and the shandong peanut famous in the world because which have best quality.
Consumers throughout the world are concerned about consistently obtaining fine quality peanuts which are uniform in size and free from aflatoxin, foreign materials and contamination.
Inspection of the peanuts begins shortly after harvesting in the buying points, where a samples is taken and examined for aflatoxin, size and moisture by ourselves. If the samples tested positive, the peanuts can enter our plant for further processing.
In the factory, random samples are constantly taken during cleaning and sorting by our Quality Controllers to ensure our peanuts come up to the quality requirements, that they are free from aflatoxin, with safe moisture and right size.
In addition, our comprehensive lot identification systems enable our peanuts to be tracked throughout their various stage of processing until final delivery upon export.
Prior to shipping abroad, the peanuts are finally subjected to extensive laboratory tests by CIQ in accordance with the strict quality standards of ZBB33005-85 and ZBB33005-86 in China. If the tests are positive, the peanuts are allowed for export.
